  • Yes. Electronic Policy Certificate will be issued by the insurer, Chubb Insurance Malaysia Berhad in next working Day.
    You can View & Download your policy Certificate through Myinsure - Click at MyPolicy tab after you have login.
    Alternatively, you can contact our customer service through whatsapp or email.

  • Your Application will be routed for further underwriting by the insurer before the policy can be issued. Kindly take note that, the Terms of Acceptance and Premium offered by the insurer might be differ from the Initially Quoted Premium & Standard Benefits. Our Customer Service personnel will contact you to faciliate the transaction.

  • We support the following payment methods; Credit and Debit Card (Mastercard, Visa, UnionPay), FPX Online Banking (All foreign & Local Banks)

  • Once your transaction is completed, you will receive a confirmation Email for your Application together with an Official Payment Receipt. For Standard cases without Claim History, Your policy will be issued in the next working day and you can Download directly through your MyInsure Account.
    Our Customer Service will email the Policy Certificate upon request.

    Note: Expect some delay, during our System upgrading.

    • If you are new to MyInsure, Redeem your First time Promo Code upon completion of your Myinsure Account Registration.
    • If you are our existing User, you will receive a Reminder notification through Whatsapp/SMS and Email. Just Click the link from your whatsapp/Sms/Email. Renewal will take less than 5mins.
      However, if you have chosen Auto Renewal, your policy will be auto renewed automatically by MyInsure 30 days before Expiry to facilitate your APC renewal. You can just download your policy Certificate at MyPolicy Tab once you have login to MyInsure.

  • Yes. kindly notifiy us in writing /email us within seven(7) days from the application date.
    We will imposed a 10% for admin and merchant fees.
